   Excellent work on my BMW 5 Series air conditioning! After spending over £££ at a garages in Milton Keynes with no results, Mac's Garage fixed it properly. There was a small delay for parts, but the service was worth the wait. Very happy with the work - highly recommend even though I traveled from Milton Keynes!

   Our car has been in this garage for 8 months! Yes, 8 months. There has been almost no communication to inform us of what is happening. We've made countless calls, texts and even emails to ask for updates but it's only been met with excuses. I don't know if we will ever get our car back.

   My car (Citroen Picasso) had issues with the heating system during the winter and I kid you not when I say I’ve tried lots of Automechanic shops and none could help then one suggested I give Macs Auto services a go. I did and I can’t be grateful enough. They fixed it and fixed other things as well. Sometimes they don’t even charge you when they fix something without buying a part and the prices are just cool. Highly recommend this place.

   Very disappointed in the service i received. Honestly, i regret taking my car there in the first place. My car was in their garage for 4 months. It’s so ridiculous. AND he didn’t even manage to fix it!!!! Lastly, the communication was very poor. My calls would not get answered and i would not receive updates unless i chased them.

   Asked for caliper replacement when discs and pads were replaced some time back. Was told calipers were fine. Had problems with hot brakes ever since. At first you put it down to pads bedding in. I have only recently been able to afford to get it looked at. Just took it to a different place and was told it was my calipers all along. If the customer asks for something then just replace. Could have warped my new discs. I havnt gave bad score as they are usually ok.
