   I have previously used CFM for 10 years plus, but sadly, will no longer be using them. I've taken 2 different cars in over the past couple of months (many cars over the years) - BOTH times, the car came back with an issue the following day (having passed it's MOT the day before). Icing on the cake was the receptionist being incredibly rude on the phone, telling me she'd undo all of the work and I could collect the car immediately. I genuinely don't think I've ever come across someone that rude. Went to collect it, and they hadn't undone any of the work, and charged £36 when all it needed was 1 rear brake light changed, and a warning light removed. They argued the car needed 2 (it doesn't and never has had 2 reverse lights fitted - VW directly confirmed this), and when fitting the 2nd, they blew the first.... So I ended up paying for 3 lights. A shame, because historically they've been good, and the mechanics are always nice - Very sour customer service episode is the killer!

   This place is absolutely amazing. Chris has been nothing short of wonderful. I haven’t even brought my van in yet, and I’ve already received outstanding help. Chris took the time to speak with me over the phone to help diagnose the issue and see if I could fix it myself to save money. He even went as far as doing a video call to walk me through the layout under the van and around the engine — showing me exactly where things were and what to look for. On top of that, he booked me in straight away just in case I couldn’t fix the issue, making sure I had the earliest available appointment. I’m leaving this review before my appointment because they’ve already gone above and beyond without charging me a single penny. The fact that Chris gave me his time — during what I know are busy hours — shows real dedication and integrity. Amazing people, amazing hearts, and I’m already confident that their prices will be more than fair. Highly recommend.

   I am somewhat of an old fashioned guy , I hold doors open for ladies , I will give up my seat on a bus or train if needed. I also love good old fashioned customer service. This company was so welcoming, from the initial phone call to the fantastic service they offered me around my motorbike mot ( which failed by the way ) they couldn’t do enough. So if you need you car or bike mot or need work done mechanically on your car. Don’t bother going anywhere else. Thankyou guys. Amazing.

   Used to be ok but no longer transparent now hugely over priced. Will not go back, nor recommend! Wanted to charge £690 to repair a door after quoting £220. When I didn’t go ahead, they charged me £210 (plus vat) which they tried to justify by saying it’s for drilling the door handle and reinstating door. Shocking! Have now had repaired for £150 elsewhere.

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had been struggling to find a reliable place to get my large motorhome MOT’d and serviced, but Combined Fleet Maintenance came highly recommended – and they didn’t disappoint! From the first phone call, the lady in reception made a fantastic impression with her friendly and professional attitude. The team treated me with courtesy throughout the entire process. The workmanship was absolutely top-notch. My motorhome needed a few jobs doing, and everything was completed swiftly with excellent communication along the way. It’s rare to find a company that combines great customer service with skilled and efficient work. If you have a motorhome or any vehicle this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

   Fantastic service. We broke down last night on our way to Dover, and were recommended CFM by the recovery man. We arrived at the garage at 7.30am and Chris was already there. Told us he could get the part as soon as the motor factors opened. Which he did.... had a new exhaust fitted and the old part welded and we were on our way by 10.30 am. A brilliant service. A good bunch of friendly, helpful and happy people. Thank you.
