   Top service from start to finish. I took my truck in after experiencing a few issues with the steering. John immediately took a look, identified the problems and gave me a quote. Once the work was done, he took me around the vehicle and showed me exactly what he did. John and his team were friendly throughout. I’m pleased with the repairs and I’ll be taking all my vehicles to Auto Service Solutions moving forward.

   One year on, I have now been using this garage for over a year, and I'm pleased to say that the 5 star rating as not changed, if I could put 6 stars I would! My van has been a pain, but with Johns perseverance and integrity we have now got it fixed, John has been open and honest throughout the journey and has always done right by me. John and his team at Auto Service Solutions Ltd are an absolute credit to the motor industry and I fully recommend them to anyone.    Took my car here for a standard MOT and service and it's failed the mot which I knew was gonna happen and I knew my car needed some repairs so fair enough it'll take more than 1 day. Then I found myself growing increasingly frustrated at the lack of phoning me about my car when they said they'd call me back with a price for the parts and the work. After 3 days I told them that I needed the car back now because its too long to be without my car. Then they told me they couldn't do work until the following week because they didn't realise it'd be so involved But in stead of being straight with me at first they goated me along for 3 days not knowing what was going on until I told them I'd had enough and going to take my car to a different garage. Then at the end of all that I was left with a 300 pound bill and a car with a failed mot and no repairs! Only a basic service was actually done in the 3 days. So basically if your a new customer DONT COME HERE! They string you along for days then overcharge you for basically nothing. Absolute disgrace! Hope this helps anyone who is unsure and a first time customer. Try somewhere else!
