   I received great service from them when it came to my MOT and service. The gentleman at the front desk was working alone but still managed to get to me in a timely manner ! I would definitely take my car back. Only issue I had was I had wished they took the horrible plastic sheet off my chair before giving it back.

   I’m took my car with some new tires to be fitted and specifically told the man I’ve done some research and you guys seem the best in the area by the review. I then told him to ‘take good care of her’ as I love my car and I hadn’t had it long. I came back after and the alloys had been covered in scratches and chips all over. I spoke to the manger who was borderline aggressive but nice enough to give me the money to get them repaired. I’ve now been calling and researching for months and I’m still I’m unable to find someone to match the colour exactly how it was. I’ve spoken to Hyundai about it and they as well can’t give out the colour code or get it matched as there could be 30-40 colours that go into it to make that one colour for my wheels, it’s impossible to match. The only option I have to get my car back to how it was so I can give it back after my pcp is done, is to buy two brand new wheels what is ridiculous and something I really can’t afford right now. If you do get tires fitted here and care about your alloys, please take them somewhere else to someone who handles them with abit more care and love unlike this business.

   My car had rear wiper issues for a while, and had been checked by a few garages but disappointedly nothing was done properly!! Recommended by a friend I came to Bosch and surprisingly they fixed the issues without delay and on a fair price. Also each people in this garage I met was always willing to help. Definitely would recommend.

   Let me just explain how helpful was this garage and his whole team. A lady named Lynne was the one who pick up the phone and booked me an appointment for the same day ( this is really unsual). So I got booked the same day. My car was taken by the mechanic named Vytenis, very smart and intelligent. I had to replace flexi pipe and water pump. Also my car was drinking a lot of petrol and nobody knew the problem. I asked them to replace the lambda sensor if necessary but as I said they are professionals and they didn’t just replace it, before checking everything. And then the big boss came Tanvir and he told the mechanics to run fuel emissions check and it was alright. He recommended I stop using the cheapest petrol and start pulling the most expensive. At the end of the day that was the BIG ISSUE . Tanvir and his team have done amazing job. They didn’t replace the lambda sensor because it was not necessary. This place is FULL OF PROFESSIONALS !!! Highly recommended!!! They will help out and not overcharge you !!!

   i did use Bosh Car Service once a month ago. It was a friend recommendation. Lynne friendly smile welcomed me and then everything got better and better: great work and very good prices. i didn't do any review (I am not a reviewer really) but today.....today i made an exception. A dear friend of us came for lunch today but he had an accident just before arriving. it was already 1pm. And it is Friday afternoon. A back Tyre was smashed, i went straight to see Lynne but she didn't have the tyre and couldn't be ordered till Monday. But Lynne being Lynne she went the extra "five miles". She called 5 different businesses but was unsuccessful. Then had the last thought and this time it all worked out. New tyre, alignment, checking all over, ready at 5pm. When my friend looked at the invoice he couldn't believe it.....less then half a price of what it thought considering the emergency. Nothing else to say. Roberto

   Have been taking my cars for m.o.t.‘s and repairs for several years and have no reason to change. They are very professional in every aspect of their work and treat every car as if it’s a Rolls Royce. The mechanics are knowledgeable and the receptionists are polite and go out of their way to be helpful ( thanks Lynne ). Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone
