He had a look at our Dyson. Diagnosed the problem saying normally happens after about 4-5 years with this particular type and he was spot on. Our Dyson was about that old. I just want to leave a review to say the service we received from Damo for our shark that had decided to give up vacuuming, was simply superb. He replied promptly to my message on Facebook, we arranged to drop off the Shark and it was ready for collection within a couple of days, as good as new! Excellent value and service - thank you for looking after us Damo! Highly recommend.
Absolutely Top Knotch service ! Extensive work done on the motor. (Think the wife managed to break the fan inside) Fixed the lever to empty the Dyson and cleaned it all out as it was blocked up ! Blimey ! All that and a REALLY price. I will bet a shop would have said to replace it. Brilliant

Damien was responsive whilst the one month guarantee was in force, but when the spare batteries for the Dyson he sold us, were found to be useless, ie only 5 minutes of charge, he did not return calls or texts. I am sure some if not all of the favourable reviews are suspect. In my opinion Damien is not a person who lives up to his promises. I give one star as it is not possible on this review to give zero stars
