   Excellent service. Needed a new iPhone port installed yesterday, and the price was very reasonable. Best bit: lightning-fast job, done in around half an hour, really excellent for people like me for whom being separated from your phone is like being separated from your lungs :) UPDATE: Was back there again recently - they didn't charge a penny to look over a hard drive that needed fixing. Unfortunately it was unfixable but they took the time to inspect it and refused to charge any fee at all. Sterling company!

   I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Happyfones on St Cuthbert's St today, so I had to leave this review as I think they deserve it based on my experience... I dropped by to get my phone fixed up; the ear speaker needed a good clean, and my case was in need of replacement. From the moment I stepped in, I was blown away by the outstanding customer service. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, Nick took care of everything I needed without any pressure to purchase extras. He listened to my concerns and provided genuine advice on what would suit me best. Unlike other phone shops in Bedford, it was refreshing not to feel rushed or pushed into buying things I didn't want. What really impressed me was the affordability. Despite the high-quality service, the prices were extremely reasonable, making it accessible for anyone needing phone repairs or accessories. On top of that, I discovered they offered phone privacy screens and decided to get one. I am extremely happy with the result! I can't recommend Happyfones enough. If you are in need of phone repairs, accessories, or just exceptional customer service, look no further. This is definitely my go-to place from now on. Huge thanks to Nick for his professionalism and care!

   Perfect experience. I had cracked my phone screen and ordered a replacement online to try fixing it myself but couldn't figure it out. Called Happyfones and they were able to fit my replacement screen (obviously without warranty) within a couple hours at a very reasonable price! Will definitely come back the next time I break my phone ☺️

   A great firendly service, they were happy to order my replacement battery without a deposit and it arrived and was fitted the next day. That was a couple of weeks ago now and my phone is like new with 2+ days battery life. Would definitely use again.
