   The Houlton Handyman (Nathan) is absolutely the best tradesman we’ve used. He is super reliable, professional and completes jobs quickly and to a ver high standard. The variety of work he’s skilled at is incredible; he’s put up all flatpack fortitude for us, wallpapered and painted various rooms, hung Roman and roller blinds, fitted beautiful panelling with integrated lighting, garden / patio work, fixed light fittings and installed integral lighting in units, installed a sink and shower tray in bathroom….the list is endless. He always responds when he says he will and is on time and reliable as well as being reasonably priced. In short we wouldn’t consider anyone else for any jobs we need doing around the home as Nathan’s professionalism and commitment are second to none - plus he’s an amazingly nice guy too! Highly recommended and happy to send any photos of so much work we’ve had done over the last few years! There is no one better!

   Nathan fitted some blinds and bathroom fittings for me and trimmed some doors after a new carpet was fitted. His work was of a good standard, he left the house clean and tidy and charged a reasonable amount for the job. He was able to do the job within a few days of asking and turned up when he said he would. I would recommend him and will use him again if needed.

   Nathan, did not return as promised to complete a job and did not bother to contact me to explain why or respond to my polite communication. He left my greenhouse in pieces all over my garden. It had been stored prior to this neatly in my shed, ready to be assembled. He had promised to return at the weekend to complete the assembly, but 9 days later and after I had sent text requesting communication, he ignored me. Today after hearing absolutely nothing, he left me no choice but to leave a very disappointing review. To which he immediately responded ( surprise, surprise). This was too little too late. He only called me, when he saw my review ( within half an hour) I would add that, no of course he received no payment, as he did not complete the job and left a mess. Yes, I do moan about people who do not complete a job as promised and do not return to complete the work. I honour my side of an agreement and expect the same. Now Nathan decides to offer to put my greenhouse away. As he has removed all labels, this would've been a waste of time and I would not want him on my property. I have today had an immediate offer to do the job and it has been completed in 2 hours, efficiently and I have gladly paid the 2 guys a bonus for being prompt, efficient and doing a fabulous job. An excellent review promptly given. .
