   I went there and i have got my own diagnosis result but they said they need to do it themselves and it's gonna charge £60. I left my car and start walking to work and after 20 minutes they called me and said we can't do it take it to the others mechanic. And i had just wasted my time in them. Not very professional. Won't recommend.

   I visited your garage today about a noise from my car and was told the belt was split. Because they were short-staffed, I was advised it was safe to drive to another garage. Shortly after, the car broke down in the middle of the road and I lost my brakes, only managing to stop with the handbrake. This advice put my life and others at serious risk. Don’t trust them with your safety.When I call them they told me it’s not their responsibility absolutely unprofessional.

   Always the best service at this location. The manager is so friendly and knowledgable. I recently took my car in to be checked and after looking at it they told me the part should be under warranty so I can get it fixed with the dealer for free - and didn’t charge me for their time looking at it! Exceptional, honest service and I use for all my MOTs and services. Definitely recommend

   I have left the car with them, and they said that they know what it is the problem and they said that we will order the parts and bring the car again in the next day for repair,i did what they said. I left the car with them again in the next day. They called me and said that come and collect the car, we can't repair your car, we don't know where is coming the issue from. I have checked the car all around and it seems that they haven't looked the car at all. They are waist of time. The only thing they know and they can do is oil replacement, brakes and some of the filters, nothing else. I don't recommend them.!

   Looked at and did my tracking. They weren't satisfied it was corrected properly as I had hit the wheel prior to my visit. Didn't charge me a penny! Really good customer service, will definitely use in the future.

   I took my vehicle in after it was involved in an accident. There were many different lights popping up on the dashboard so I asked them to have a look to see if there were any problems. They said they did a thorough check on the vehicle and that there was no problems with it and that there was cosmetic damage on the bumper which needed to be repair. I found this hard to believe so I took it to my local garage and they diagnosed the problem straight away. The intercooler had cracked and needed replacing. These guys at in n out were prepared to let a potential death trap back on the road!

   It was a little concerning going in, that they had no record of my booking. However, they did take my car in and I was pleased to have it back within two hours. Would happily use the garage again, if they remember my booking:-)
