   On a recommendation, I attended Alderley Autos with my son to have the A/C serviced & re-gassed On arrival we were met by Dan & Gary. Both guys were exceptionally knowledgable & very welcoming Dan kindly spent sometime showing my son how the A/C machine worked, and the parameters that he was looking out for All in all our visit to Alderley Autos was brilliant, and the price for re-gassing the car was very reasonable Many thanks to both Dan & Gary ……..    I had the best experience today with Alderley, my brakes went suddenly and I was stuck, living far away. I called up and spoke to the friendly gentleman who assisted me straight away and helped me out. He talked me through what was wrong and even showed me. We had a great chat and he was very lovely to me after such a stressful day. The price was very reasonable and will definitely be recommending to my friends and family. Thanks so much again, I look forward to coming back, just hopefully not for new brakes anytime soon!! Lucy

   At the start when he took over from the two elderly gentlemen, Gary was great, fair and reasonable, I was one of the first to leave a glowing review as well as recommended him to other people. However with time passing he has become greedy to a point that he charged me about £160 for an oil and filter change but the icing on the cake was, charging for an MOT that he didn't do but apparently took it across the road, and he charged me £20 on top of the actual MOT fee. Eventually I confronted him and said that 20 quid shouldn't been there and will refund it but of course he never did. I take no pleasure in writing this review but I feel I have to. Beware, scrutinise the work sheet/invoice.
