   I recently had a warranty repair carried out by Motofix Northampton, and I couldn’t be more impressed!    Terrible communication. Car went in on the first of March. I contact them on the 13th and they say they can't complete the repair until 21st. Three weeks is a ridiculous amount of time. The car is still drive-able so they should have returned it to me until they were actually ready to complete the work. Lady I spoke to the phone couldn't have sounded less interested in helping.

   Would not use again. It may be they are overloaded or my insurers were slow or the fact that my car was at all times drivable, but repair took from end of November to start of 3rd week in January. Am looking at changing my insurers in May. At least the repair was excellent.
