   Number of days ago going out to my car rear tyre puncture Went on like called a couple of mobile tyre fitters who basically saw the opportunity to make some extra money. Not only was there a call out charge but an additional charge for picking up a tyre I then called Tyres Northampton and spoke to Finley. So different I knew the cost of the tyre immediately and the cost for the call out. Finley turned up as planned punctured tyre removed and tyre replaced. I asked Finley if he could check my other tyres one was found to have some perishing and cracking although it would pass MOT on advisory it's best to change it. Finley is a credit to Tyres Northampton. I visited Tyres Northampton what a place The facilities for the customer are second to none. Very comfortable and safe especially if you have your children with you. The staff are brilliant knowledgeable and professional. Definitely recommend. Thanks for your assistance it's appreciated

   Tyres Northampton was recommended to me following no availability at Audi Northampton until second week of January. Called first thing this morning and they were very helpful and I dropped my Audi TT within an hour. They called me back promptly with issue and carried out the works and my car was ready by 2pm :-) great friendly service - special mention to George who was so helpful, thank you George for making the whole experience a good one :-)

   The customer service and quality of service is genuinely exceptional. Suzie is so customer focussed and the way she interacts is different level. I also saw how the staff interact with customers and each other including the boss with Suzie and it’s all just really impressive from start to finish. They’re also really well priced!    Honestly the best garage I’ve ever been to. All the staff so friendly including fitter. Fixed my puncture with no new tyre. Play area for kids. Hot coffee. Even gave my daughter a xmas present from the tree. Such a nice experience. Will definitely come back.

   Found in Northampton, take the turning towards Wickes, then keep going, and turn right. it's down there at the bottom. There is no car park as such, so find a safe, responsible place to park on the road, not blocking the workshop. Reception is the first building on the left. This has to be the nicest reception area within a commercial garage that I've ever seen. It's very well presented with a viewing area, a children's area, and a cafe. Toilets available. Service was fast and efficient, with this establishment having a really good alignment kit. I definitely recommend and will be using it again for wheel alignment/ tracking.

   I have used Tyres Northampton for lots of my cars over the years and always have had a great service. They are always very friendly and their customer service and facilities are excellent. They also have superb equipment which has kept me using their services as other places have not been able to balance wheels as good as them on certain sports cars. Recently I took a simple motorcycle wheel to be changed and the service was exactly the same as if it was for 4 car tyres and was done quicker than quoted - that shows me what they are all about. I would happily recommend them keep up the good work happy 2023

   Recently visited with a problem starting my car. Prompt and polite on the phone. Kept me updated with what needed doing. While I waited I enjoyed the lounge and cafe. Suzie on reception made sure everyone was well looked after updating customers and making drinks for. Great service, prompt, no messing around and fair prices.

   It was an odd experience. I took my car in to diagnose some front suspension noises. Had some work done and the experience was good. Reception staff were nice, the coffee bar and waiting area is really nice, the work seems to have been done and the car was certainly a lot better after, although there is still some knocking and banging from the n/s front suspension where the work was done. More concerning was that I was with a lady when I went in, and one of the staff called Elvis messaged her (her number was left as a second contact number at reception) after the work and asked her if she wanted to go out.
