Had my car booked in for a service and MOT. Price was quoted upfront and was accurate and what I paid. The timescale for the visit was approximately 3.5 hours but the car was ready, cleaned and vacuumed in under 3 hours. Very happy with the service and the details provided both before and after the visit.
Excellent service (yet again!) from Lister's Honda of Northampton. Turned up on time, car serviced brilliantly and returned clean and tidy. Great updates all through as to progress. Can't fault them from this latest experience. Pleasure doing business with them.
Excellent service by the team. Car picked up and returned fully washed and polished. Extras required on the service were full explained and costed for my approval before being carried out, so no hidden costs. The video of the underside showing tyres, brake condition etc is always a good feature. Very pleased, thank you.

The MOT was fine but l asked for the check to be done as per your commitment for he RAC maintenance plan sold by Listers to me with my car last year. This wasn't done, and clearly the service dept didn't have a clue what l was talking about. 2 phone calls and 1 email later, l haven't heard from Listers so will not use the garage again.

Booked for service and MOT. Car was collected and returned from house by the garage. MOT certificate was not sent with the paperwork and I had to ring and ask for it. Was told it would be emailed, had to ring again as not received then to be told it will be posted. Sorted eventually, but thought this was poor that I had to chase it up.
Booked oil change at Honda Northampton (riverside) a wait appointment, very happy with the service I received, polite and efficient. And they washed my car, that’s minor in my opinion, what i want is good trustworthy service from professionals. And that’s what I got. Very happy, and happy to recommend. Car in for annual EV service, couldn't fault Honda. From initial booking (and reminder) through to providing somewhere for me to work while the car was being looked at, all first class.
Booked my car with Listers for MOT and service. Really handy it could be done on a Saturday. Car ready for collection by lunchtime. It was also washed - nice touch. The bill was slightly less than expected. Happy days!
