I have received the best service possible from this garage! I broke down in the middle of a country road and someone came out to help me within an hour. The service was outstanding!
As the saying goes “buy cheap buy twice”. Took my car there a few months ago for a service and didn’t get the car back until the day after because they let their apprentice do it and she didn’t do up the sump plug correctly. I’d stay far away as they’ve had cars which have been sat there for months and I don’t even know how they’re still open as they get no customers. They should work on training their staff before letting them work on peoples cars. * Hello Rebecca, we have edited our review as it doesn’t allow us to reply to yourself. We have tried to call you multiple times and had no response. Another garage has rectified the issue as it was leaking oil onto our driveway. Please train the staff who are working on customers cars as all we know is that she was a young blonde girl who looked way to young to be working on cars from the get go.
I've dealt with C S Autos on 2 occasions very close together and both times they've been attentive, helpful, polite and great to deal with. I had a problem on my car come up suddenly and so I rang C S on a Friday afternoon, and within 30 mins they were round my house picking up my car and within 2 days it was fixed up. They even dropped it back at my house when they found out I would struggle picking it up. The prices seem fair and it's nice to deal with a garage that genuinely care about their customers. Won't hesitate to use going forwards
I visited today for an AC gas refill with my Groupon voucher, and they were brilliant! The team was friendly, professional, and quick. Make sure you book an appointment. Highly recommend!
Helped my son who was pushed off road due to a artic lorry overtaking without signalling round a parked van on Towcester Rd Gave him all the reassurance needed being a Autistic adult. I honestly didn't know you guys were so nearby. Thank you so much guys.
Excellent service could not fault them in any way. Went in with a problem with my Air-con was all sorted and ready to go within 4hrs max I Highly Recommend them
Wouldn't even give this 1 star to be fair. Booked this through groupon and they were trying to charge and scam me to pay extra for air con regas as apparently on their "system" it stated my car needs more than 500g when it CLEARLY states on my vehicle that it is 500g. On the fine print it says £13 surcharge per 100g as they can give upto 400g within that package deal. So why are they charging me an extra £38. Unprofessional staff and service as they told me to get my refund from groupon and go elsewhere lol. Would not recommend at all disgusting scammy service.
I am new to the area and was struggling to find a trustworthy garage after a few bad experiences. I found this lovely family run garage who not only looked at my car urgently, provided advise and recommendations for the repairs required. They very honestly advised that the worked required meant that the dealership needed to look at it due to programming requirements. After taking the car to the dealership and realising that I need a new car.. the CS Auto team not only provided me with recommendations of a trust worthy dealer, but also what types of cars to look at. I will be using this garage for all my future car repairs, MOTs and Servicing. Thank again CS Autos team, truly grateful for the help you provided yesterday.
We were extremely fortunate to have come across this auto shop last month. Had to make another visit for a car issue today. An honest, friendly family run business who go above and beyond in every respect. It's very refreshing to do business with such lovely, trustworthy people and we're happy to be new customers.
