βHelpful yard and in-store colleagues, even if I am in Daventry for 5+ years - never had a chance to buy anything from Travis. It's a hidden decent shop. Happy to add it to my trusted vendors in Daventry.β

βMartyn was amazing - he went above and beyond to ensure we got an urgent delivery on time. He personally checked it was loaded on to the lorry and also went out with the delivery driver to ensure everything ran smoothly. He arrived at the office early to make sure all was in check. Hugely appreciated. I phoned many times to check in on progress and Jordan was really helpful too - great customer service. Would definitely recommend.β
β5 stars for a lovely young staff member, who leant me his phone, when my husband waiting in our car, with mine, had disappeared from the car park. Totally dumbfounded, this young lad jumped to my rescue, when he could hear me asking a random, reluctant stranger, for use of his. This young man, sorting trollies, didn't want to see me stranded, he said. I'm very grateful to him. His whole demeanor was friendly and helpful. B and Q had hired well. As for my hubby, being a man if a certain age, he had gone to find a public convenience. Men!!β
βVery bright and large store with huge range of products. Well stocked shelves give plenty of choice. Not overly busy this morning making it safe for everyone to go in. Covid compliant of course. Attended and self service checkout. Worth a look when you're over at Riverside.β
βExcellent service as Wilko thought us throughout the years. 10/10 A lot of products, Wilko branded or not that somehow are exclusive and the prices are great! Great selection and can find almost anything from small appliances, pet food to new born stuff! Love it!β
βOrdered something through B&Q app as the third part but order never arrived. Wasn't getting anywhere with Monster shop who was the seller. Constantly chasing them as too where my order was etc but had no luck. Popped into B&Q wellingborough and the lovely man ( Michael we think) Was so helpful and refunded me my money. A big thank you for all your help today.β
βYet another great store in the Swansgate centre. A massive selection of stock from household goods, food, pet stuff, kitchenware, furnishings and toiletries. 31-5-23. Went into Wilkos this afternoon just before closing. They had 3 staff working, no self service checkout but even though the lady at the counter was very busy, she still had a smile for each customer she served. Great deals on certain products atm so go and peruse the stock.β
βLove Wilcoβs. Such a bargain shop that will leave you with money still in your pocket. Friendly staff and they welcome medical assistance dogs. Perfect attitude for vulnerable adults and other customers.β
βThe staff here are really helpful. They normally have everything we need and you can even recycle old soda stream gas bottles here which is great!β
βGreat customer experience and service from Mo this morning at Howdens Bicester..as a member of the public rather than trade/professional kitchen fitter. Filled with confidence that all my requirements were met and noted for supply shortly to my professional fitter.β
βI've been going to this trade point for over a year and never was i let down. Professional polite and helpful. Cutting service done by Olly was spot on and on par with professional carpentry firm.β
βEasy disabled parking opposite entrance, all in the main very helpful staff when I couldnβt find items, plus same Chap even served me at the till as till staff all 3 of them were having a chat and ignored me, very decent service from the chapβ¦ shame about the others finding chatting more important than serving customersβ¦ prices are very good tooβ¦ found everything g I needed..β

βFor James and Dom. I have been shopping at Wickes for the past 18 years, and the service has always been outstanding. A special mention goes to James and Dom, who have been absolutely fantastic in helping me choose the right materials every step of the way. Their eye for detail and expertise have been invaluable, especially in supporting my builders over the years. Their recommendations and guidance have made every project smoother and more successful. I canβt thank them enough for their exceptional service and professionalism. Wickes has always been my go-to for quality products and reliable advice, and itβs because of team members like James and Dom. Highly recommended!β
