   Asked the young lad at the till where a product was he looked on the stock system screen & said they did not sell the product,I knew this was incorrect & an older person appeared as if by magic,like a ninja,he then asked me what I was looking for & seemed confused,After wandering around for about 10mins I said don't worry about it,he then aimlessly started rambling off 4 or 5 of the store's competitors as I was leaving,I purchased the item from Amazon & was happy with my purchase, strange how the place is always empty as well,goodluck to them in the current economy, obviously won't be returning & absolutely would not recommend.

   Staff need to be a little more trained up on special offers, but overall has what you need for your business, if not you can always go next door to B&Q as they do have a wider range, but I believe you can still use your TradePiont card there as well (thats what the cashier said at TradePiont)
