Chris in branch was very patient and went through the list line by line, explaining when needed and making recommendations. I thought that would be the end of the great service, but the delivery driver Mark was amazing. One of our neighbors is lovely (to us), but anyone parking outside or doing deliveries is in for a hard time. I should have warned next door that I was having a delivery, but I will be honest I couldn’t face it, sorry. As soon as the first pallet was in the air he was out supervising the delivery, but Mark took it all in his stride. There was a lot to off load and not much space, but it so neat and tidy not impacting our neighbors, how Mark didn’t even roll his eyes I don’t know he actually deserves a medal, thank you”

“Looked up Bedford TP to order some decking boards; opened up a trade account online within minutes then noticed the earliest delivery date was just over a week away. Called up and Amber agreed to deliver it 2 days later. In the additional notes section of the order I put “please no twisted split or bent boards” I ordered 15% more as historically you have to with decking. The boards that arrived were literally impeccable not a single one I couldn’t use. No need to order extra next time!! These guys are top drawer. Very very accommodating and their decking boards are the best I have used!!!”
