Placed an order online (Bicester store delivery) as we are all pushed to do, to find a few weeks later that the price for aquapanels are over priced by £10 compare to Wickes. Please be aware the branch couldn't do anything about this massive over charge. I will not be putting my business through this company until they sort out their pricing to be comparable to their competitors. I had faith in this company to supply goods at a competitive price but a £48 over charge isnt worth it!!!!

In 12 years of trading I have never had better service, advise and updates on latest products. Manager took time with me to set account up and streamline things saving me hours each week.
