   Never a great experience My son has just placed and order on my account for a kitchen! Worktops still not been delivered and the manager had the cheek to phone me last time I gave a poor review! I would suggest that he starts to learn how to manage his branch and make sure that orders are for filled! £120.00 for delivery and now no worktops!

   Good quality units and Howdens own brand Appliances carry a 3 year warranty.But the kitchen planner did not measure our kitchen correctly which caused two problems,one was able to be rectified by the fitters who had to order smaller units ,the other problem could not be rectified to our satisfaction. Compensation was agreed.Deliveries had to be chased. .

   Ordered a kitchen based on designs, was told it would be delivered on a certain day, so we arranged for a kitchen fitted to arrive the following day. About 40% of it arrived and not enough to start the project. The rest came in dribs and drabs over the course of a week. What should of been a 4 day job turned into 8 due to their inability to provide all the stock at the right time. I'm now out £400 and they offered £100 worth of amazon vouchers to say sorry. Would not recommend and will not be going back.

   Great service throughout. Toby is an amazing designer and very knowledgeable, they have all been very nice to deal with. The shop replaced a few of the damaged panels without question. Toby was very accommodating with the issues I’ve had with plasterers. To top it off, Shaun and Jake have done an outstanding job fitting the quartz. I would highly recommended.
