Quite disappointed in the customer service. I had my two girls with me. Came to collect a step ladder and a bucket full of things. No one offered to help me carry it out to the car. Which meant i had to get my girls back in the car safely and run back to collect the items. Just human courtesy to offer to help, I even said I will need to get the girls back in the car and they pointed to what was mine to come back and collect. Staff need training on customer service. On reading the review I am not the only person to comment on customer service.
there are better places to shop down the road it is better now that nasty woman with red hair has gone stop pushing stuff on customers just let us buy what we come in for
Always good service, pricing is reasonable, plenty of options available in stock. Even though it is a franchise, sone are better than others. It's the people who make this business, and at the time of the visit, the service was excellent, with knowledgeable and helpful staff.
