   Called at 13.32 with an issue with my WiFi driver. By 14.00 it was all fixed. Really kind gentleman helped, explained what he did, and fixed the issue. Because it only took him seconds to fix, it was free of charge. So grateful. Would highly recommend.

   My husband and l (a couple of oldies) went into store today as having problems downloading photos from phone to Chromebook, the gentleman in store (sorry didn't get his name) talked us through where we were going wrong and even wrote instructions down for us, refused to take any payment. Got home and everything worked, was so pleased as had been struggling all week. We really appreciated his help and would recommend anyone with a problem to visit the store, kindness goes a long way.

   I went there with a brand new printer which I no longer needed and was told can’t buy it because it’s too new ?? But on the front of the store it says we buy printers ect. Very bad experience.
