    Very disappointed. Ordered items online last week. Was showing items is in stock. Paid for delivery on specific day. Get call from branch. Items not in stock. Will be next week. On Wednesday went to the store and was told by manager that items is in the van and will be delivered afternoon. Thursday called to the store to be told that items will be delivered on Friday. Looks like they just wasted my time. Do not trust anything they say.

    Looked up Bedford TP to order some decking boards; opened up a trade account online within minutes then noticed the earliest delivery date was just over a week away. Called up and Amber agreed to deliver it 2 days later. In the additional notes section of the order I put “please no twisted split or bent boards” I ordered 15% more as historically you have to with decking. The boards that arrived were literally impeccable not a single one I couldn’t use. No need to order extra next time!! These guys are top drawer. Very very accommodating and their decking boards are the best I have used!!!

I had 2 bulk bags of gravel delivered and the delivery driver was exceptional and spent a considerable amount of time negotiating my tricky driveway to deliver the bags exactly where I needed them. Excellent service all round and they will now be my first point of call for building supplies going forwards.
