   I went expecting a big showroom of kitchens as I'd filled in a call back form 4 days before but nobody rang back. Hardly anything there. Raunds however have a huge showroom so you can look at everything there.

   Poor customer service! Wrong email address - The lady sent my CAD design and kitchen plans to the wrong email on day of arriving to showroom. She had spelt my email address incorrectly. Once I informed her of the correct address, corrections weren’t made to the system to make that the primary email address so this same one was used to send a quote for drawers. I had to call her to ask for the delivery of first drawer and quote for additional ones. Again she sent the quote to the wrong address. I called at her at 2 pm and was told she was on a call, she didn’t call me back and had to call back at 4. When she eventually sent the email to the correct email address it didn’t have information on payment so had to call to ask her about that. Drawer missing- called on Friday and was told that someone would call back no one did had to chase on Monday. When the drawers arrived it was missing screw caps, again I called to request it. Was told i had to make the journey to Kettering to collect and I asked for it to be directed to Moulton Park. I get to Moulton Park and the Kettering Branch had ordered the wrong colour caps. During my consultation I was told my fitter was emailed the plan etc for the kitchen. Never happened. Fortunately I requested printed copies from her during the visit and he was able to utilise that. Initial delivery didn’t include air fryer like discussed so I had to call and chase. She also told me that the driver would call prior to coming and give one hour notice. Didn’t happen had to call at 3 that day and found out he was 15mins away. No check in to ask how things were going. Went to return my unused items and was told that due to them closing at 5 and it taking sometime to find the items they would call me the next day to process my refund. They never called, I had to call back to chase it up and this other guy picked up and told me the guy I spoke to the day before had finished early for the day (I called at 4:16pm). The guy took my details and said he didn’t know anything about said refund and would get the manager to call me the next day. The manager didn’t call the following day, apparently he wasn’t privy to this information and wasn’t even informed to call me. So guess who had to call to chase once again? Apparently the refund was sitting on my account from 8:30am the previous day awaiting my card details, yet no one called to obtain my card details and the colleague I called prior who took my details, why couldn’t he see the refund sitting there??? When I told the manager about the poor customer service I received he said he would investigate. But like with all the individuals at Howdens I wouldn’t be surprised if I have to chase said investigation. Bottom line: Go elsewhere! I’m not sure how everyone has been giving them 4 or 5 stars but it definitely isn’t it. I’m not sure if we’re potentially being discriminated as well because it just doesn’t add up. For the amount of money u spend on a new kitchen you would expect a certain level of customer service and professionalism.

Clean shop polite staff easy parking above and beyond the call of duty outstanding shopping experience I am purchasing through this company now. All staff are on point every member who saw us immediately asked if we needed help not intrusivly either. Perfect
