“We walked in not planning on buying a sofa, just wanted to have a look. The team in there were fab. Asked if we needed a hand when told no left us to it. We then went to find someone to ask all the questions we had. Discussed our worries about the sofa not fitting as we have an awkward hallway and narrow doors. Gentlemen (didn’t catch his name) suggested measuring them and coming back to save us the hassle of anything going wrong. We then got handed off to Cherice and honestly we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was an absolute asset to the team and went above and beyond with helping us. Not only was she friendly and professional but we were also able to have a nice conversation with her while everything was being completed (no awkward silences or feeling pressured like there usually is at these places). I can confidently say that if it wasn’t for the amazing team at the Kettering branch then we wouldn’t have walked away with a sofa. As much as we love the sofa it was the customer service from these two employees that really pulled everything together.”

“Thankyou kieron for your service. Me and my partner are very impressed. I recommended this service. Kieron came out and measured my carpets and gave me advice and great knowledgement about the carpets. He also supplied and fitted carpets in my bedroom and living room by his self with no help from any other person. He did a fantastic job. My home now looks like a catalogue home. The carpets and fitting price was very reasonable. They are very good quality carpets. I already had underlay but one part of my underlay was badly damaged so he he supplied and put down a bit of free underlay for me. He supplied and fitted 3 door grippers and they were also no extra cost. He removed and deposed the carpets for free. He even came out again the next day to sort out one of the grippers as it was playing up. He is a polite nice guy. I bet you wouldn't get this amount of service anywhere else . I would recommend this company. If I need carpet years time I will use this service again. Thanks again!”

“We decided to go into Northampton Jones' fufnishers to see what stock they had in order to try out a firm HYPNOS matress.Darren had originally spoken on the phone with my husband and was so helpful even phoning a HYPNOS advisor to find their firm matress equivalent for what we had seen at a chain store bed retailer. So we felt confident ordering from Derek and at a good price too. Delivery day was a pleasure.The 2 man team were pleasant, efficient and careful avoiding the hall chandelier and voluntarily removed their shoes.(as a woman, that made me smile.)They removed the old matress first, undid, carefully, the triple cover on the matress and then placed the matress carefully in situ on the bed upstairs. There was a lot of playful banter and laughter and we were impressed with the service : the antithesis of deliveries from furniture multichain retailers!!! we have experienced over the past few years. Bigger companies nowadays do not mean best and we have learnt to choose products from smaller retailers like Jones'.We would have no qualms about ordering from them again.The matress is perfect for my husband's bad back too-big shout to HYPNOS.
