I actually applied to do some volunteering here just after the pandemic when i was 18. They never got back to me though. I thought…how bad must a cv be to be turned down for volunteering? Bit embarrassing really! Maybe i spelt my name wrong? What a waste of a bus fare to get over here in the first place too! They must not need volunteers THAT desperately then… But i’m sure they’re doing some good work, so giving this place 3/5 stars today.
Very disappointed with the delivery service. The drivers dragged my new sofa on the ground, damaging the fabric, and couldn’t even bring it inside. I had to request a refund. The store staff were polite, but the delivery team was completely unprofessional. I have video proof of what happened.
Absolutely disgusting, selling furniture on Ebay, no access to street, so can't came in to collect and hanging over 1h on phone trying to ask about directions but no one answered. AVOID loss so much money for diesel and time
I tried to get these guys to remove 3 good quality chairs & 3 sideboards. They wouldn't take one chair, as it didn't have a fire label on the bottom of the chair (although it had one on the top), They wouldn't take the 2nd (which had the labels they wanted), as the guy reckoned it was part of a suite with the one they wouldn't take. They wouldn't take the sideboards, as they had been left off the docket by the lady in the office. Don't waste your time, dispose of your quality items elsewhere. One star?, not even worth that to me!

Nice big store, easy to navigate around, good bargains to be had and it's for a very good cause, what more can I say
