   Ordered a Black and Gold clock full price from the website, this should have been on 3-5 day delivery but didnt arrive after 1.5 weeks so contacted Store and was told it was display item which they had no packaging for so were waiting for boxed ( no one had contacted me to tell me this) neither was I aware that the item being sent would be a display item. That said I desperatly wanted this clock and was assured it was in perfect condition and would be sent by the end of the week. At the beginning of the next week it still hadnt been sent so I contacted again only to be told the courier hadnt collected and they didnt know why, I asked if it could be sorted and they contact me back but no response, so the next day I had to contact again and was told that it SHOULD be picked up by the courier that day. Not really what I needed to hear but I was prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt. All was well and It arrived the next day. Much to my dismay the clock was the wrong colour ( grey not black) I called the store and they just said oh yeah sorry the wrong one was sent ( it also has a defect in the glass) all they could offer for this was for me to return, but the clock was now out of stock and I couldnt source from anywhere else. I contacted again and asked for manager to call , Vicky did and she was very rude and unsympathetic to the situation. I emailed the store hoping maybe to get some sort of copensation for all of the trouble, but again was just told by the regional manager that they do not do this we would just have to return, which I explained again due to the mistakes by them would leave us now without the style of clock we wanted. So were going keep but were not happy at all with the whole process. The customer service of this shop is one of worst I have ever experienced. We will not be repeating any orders from this company. To add after posting this honest account if wgat happened, I have received a very rude and abusive email from the managing director calling me all sorts of things, I am shocked that this is a way a professional conducts their business there is no need for rudeness or abuse, as my requests were only requests, I never demanded anything. Seroiusly all quite shocking.
