   Pathetic customer service. If your in the trade don't bother with these. I usually pick up materials that I need paying there and then and getting trade prices. I required materials that needed to be delivered and found that Hevey had a website that I could order on and get delivery, which simplified things for me. But as someone who's in the trade I needed trade prices. Simple, I applied for a cash account online as was on offer on there website. I got the confirmation email that details had be received. Then they have totally ignored my application. I sent a follow up email, again totally ignored. What I find insulting is that they ignored my account application then harvested my email from the details and now send me promotional trade emails. Clearly Hevey want me to shop elsewhere. I will oblige.

   We are putting up a shed for my husband to work in as he has copd and needs to be out of the cold and damp so in a shed we can run a dehumidifier brought some wood from heavy timber that we transported in our car the yard lads loaded when we got home we saw the wood was all moldy so that's not able to be used. Mold is dangerous to everyone but even more some one with copd, now I have mold spurs in my car not happy
