“I spent 3 hours looking for a specific tool. I tried Toolstation, Screwfix, several motorfactors and Halfords etc. They were all very nice and professional but no luck. I walked into Hayway and the very nice people looked for me and pulled one off the shelf. I asked how much; it was trade quality. It was less than half what I expected. Top marks for customer service, knowledge and stock and pricing.”

I went in and got dealt with by 3 different guys (2 in the warehouse and 1 on the till) and all 3 were equally very helpful, and customer service as good as that is as rare as rocking horse s ..t in todays day and age.
