Used this branch twice in the last week for click & collect. Both times the staff have been friendly & polite. Convenient & easy to get to, with plenty of parking. App very easy to use!
I placed an order then I called toolstation to cancel the order the helpline sent these guys a cancellation request but they never taken any action so I have to waste my time going to toolstation to tell them to cancel my order. I do not recommend this place at all
Toolstation staff are amazing, so helpful and always go out of their way to help and advise. It's great to see it's not just trade that are welcome... even if you need just 1 draw handle, they give you the same great customer service they give for big trade orders. Always my first port of call for anything DIY.
Always helpful and good prices, don't always keep multiples of one item so usually have to collect the next day which is a pain but still a good place to buy.

Great service, friendly staff, I would suggest holding a little more stock of items, wouldn't want to lose a sale for not having in stock... luckily I didn't mind waiting
