I went in and got dealt with by 3 different guys (2 in the warehouse and 1 on the till) and all 3 were equally very helpful, and customer service as good as that is as rare as rocking horse s ..t in todays day and age. “The service is amazing. We are getting some work done in the garden and our landscaper gave us a scribbled list of products to buy. Chris in branch was very patient and went through the list line by line, explaining when needed and making recommendations. I thought that would be the end of the great service, but the delivery driver Mark was amazing. One of our neighbors is lovely (to us), but anyone parking outside or doing deliveries is in for a hard time. I should have warned next door that I was having a delivery, but I will be honest I couldn’t face it, sorry. As soon as the first pallet was in the air he was out supervising the delivery, but Mark took it all in his stride. There was a lot to off load and not much space, but it so neat and tidy not impacting our neighbors, how Mark didn’t even roll his eyes I don’t know he actually deserves a medal, thank you”

“A shop that stocks a lot of products! However, my main requirement was Calor Gas bottles. They stock most gas bottle sizes (mine is 7kg) and their prices are reasonable; much better than most petrol station forecourts- £10 cheaper.”

I walked into Hayway and the very nice people looked for me and pulled one off the shelf. I asked how much; it was trade quality. It was less than half what I expected.
