“Me and my partner purchased 1 pair of shoes and 1 pair of boots recently, both pairs were seconds. We were shown why the shoes were seconds and there were no pushy sales tactics, which is rare nowadays! We were allowed to shop in our own time, but there was someone there to help if needed. We visited the shop on a Saturday afternoon. The tall, young Asian gentleman (I am so sorry that I forgot his name) was very helpful and polite. He really knew his stuff when it came to sizes and styles etc. We were so grateful of his help. We both usually struggle to find shoes that fit due to having wide feet- no issues at all with Cheaneys! The shop has recently been refurbished and looks good. The photos on the wall of the staff who actually make the shoes was a very nice touch. I think we forget just how skilled they must be.”

“review a shoe company ????? i gotta do it l but what can i say well the boots i bought were not the cheapest but they were exactly as i ordered they are superbly made ( i used to work for Brittons in Bristol sio i do have a bit of knowledge about the shoe trade exactly as ordered made on a proper UK last so have a wide fitting leather is blemish free and they have proper steel heels and leather soles i look forward to wearing them for many years to come and as they are made proper like as we says down here i can get them re soled delivery was prompt and free and as for value well i feel you get what you pay for the similar iIalian items were twice the price and half the quality so all in all a real good buy”

They also sell perfume and traditional Ouds for men and women. “Came in yesterday to buy my grandson some bits and bobs for his birthday, and the sales associates were ever so kind and helped me with what I needed. I didnt catch the young mans name but he had floppy hair and was somewhat tall and was wearing a black coloured lanyard. I hope my grandson likes his items!”

Fortunately, my order is straightforward and not complicated so thank God i received my order with no problems. Don't buy from them if you think you're gonna cancel, return or warranty though also prepare to pay duties and taxes when the courier company knocks on your door.”
