I've received a damaged surfboard, which I believe was mishandled by the carrier DPD. Laure from customer care was empathic, quick to arrange a collection and sent me a new one straight away which arrived quick and intact. If I had to give a constructive feedback, It sometimes takes a couple of days to get an answer from support which can be frustrating and I was only able to get a rep on the phone when I called right at your opening hours, if not I could wait an hour on the phone. You could use some extra customer care reps :) Good experience otherwise.

Unfortunately the bindings got little chipped(minor cosmetic) on high backs during transportation. Clicked pictures of damage sent them over email theyβre swift to respond and refunded me a part of actual price. Best experience so far for any international purchases I have made.

EDIT: as per other reviews the returns process is a scam. Surfdome claim to never receive your items, don't refund, and ignore all emails. Pretty thick as a business strategy, as customers will never shop with you twice. Reviewing the completely stupid returns process. Select a No Printer Required option and you don't have to print the returns label. But you DO have to print the form to go inside the package. So how is that a No Printer option?????

Iβm a loyal customer since 2019, this is a nice surf wear online store. However, I ordered a backpack on the 11th June but my parcel is still stuck in somewhere, been hanging on the customer service phone nearly 1 hour, still no answer nor the email I sent. This is the first time that happens to me. Just getting disappointed.

It's a bit of a risk on buying on this website as customer service is non-existent and highly unreliable. Fortunately, my order is straightforward and not complicated so thank God i received my order with no problems. Don't buy from them if you think you're gonna cancel, return or warranty though also prepare to pay duties and taxes when the courier company knocks on your door.

Horrific shopping experience. Bought a bag that was on sale and at a very good price. Got email with a confirmation of the order, and proceeded to wait for the item to arrive. Then got a dispatch email with no tracking details - amateurish to say the least from an online retail company. I asked for the tracking, and it was supplied to me, and it just kept saying 'We're expecting it' It does not take 5 working days for an item to arrive at its destination if sent when dispatch on a Royal Mail 48hr service. They then ignored my emails, and really irritated me in the process. Just checked my emails, and noticed that they have refunded me. No reason. No contact. No correspondance. The item is now not for sale, so I've got no bag and no explanation. Never shopping with these guys again. They are clearly clueless on customer service, if they want to learn, im available at a cost.
