It's a place with uninterested employees. It has nothing to do with the employees at other stores; it's mediocre.I ask if the product is in stock, and without checking, they say it's there if it's on the wall.
Charging for delivery even spent over a certain amount on price And collection in store is charged! :/ Website is slow and lagging out :( Offers are alright price bargains at times on variety of clothes. Stock issues always though . Sports direct is open and spacious.
Dreadful customer service today. No staff could define their returns policy and was told by one of the staff "I will not tell you again" when questioned.
Staff very helpful and polite when I recently bought a pair of trainers. Store is well stocked and tidy. Must say that the first floor needs a good scrub though due to muddy looking splodges near one of the seating areas! Excellent customer service though.
Staff friendly and helpful, store was flooded with new stock and many new items hadn't yet got a Sports Direct price tag on and it became frustrating having to ask for a few different items. This store needs to move to a bigger unit instead of being so crammed in and having to break your neck to see the top racks!! Shop is clean and as far as Sports Direct stores go, this one is always reliable and the staff always willing to help!
Good choices available at affordable prices. Staff could smile a bit when making communication. Brought clothes, shoes and the girl packed the clothes and did not pack the 2 boxes of shoes. Left wondering if she would pack but just kept staring at me thinking what i am waiting for. Common sense pls put the shoe boxes inside the carrier bag. Done it by myself whilst she looked on.
Been shopping here often over the years, not a bad store, very big, lots of choices. Prices have been very high for years now tho, hope to see some competitive sales. I had a bad experience last year, when a over weight woman employee said loudly to her colleague, "imagine a guy being 28 and still living at home with his mum* I was like.. I don't think she's talking about me, but I was 28 and live at home, lol , I wish I'd of said, "I cycled here also, how bout dat?" XD I don't think working as some kind of security guard at the front door was for her lol, had a feeling she didn't last long
One of the most pointless shops I've ever been to. I'm a tennis player and either they have something against tennis or whoever orders stock is absolutely incompetent. Every visit is a roll of the dice. Tried to buy a racket bag, no bags for over 3 weeks so I gave up and bought online. No wrist bands, no grip tape, so bought from my club. Went to buy a second racket today and the section looked like it had been ransacked. About 6 rackets with very poor choice. I just won't bother with them anymore.
I’m absolutely disgusted with your store! And the fact you don’t tell customers your refund policy when there purchasing an item in store. I returned a pair of trainers with the time limited because they were rubbish and clearly had before tried on lots of times before I purchased them and you give me a credit note to buy again from your store instead of giving me a full refund!! Absolute joke i don’t want to buy anything from your store again! When buying a product the staff should let you know there refund policy! Miss sold its does also say on website they can give you a full refund! They chose to give you credit note to trap you into buying from them! You can’t contact customer service as no number and the email address given doesn’t work!! Just poor customer service in general!!!
Staff were awful. No one seems to know what they're doing and no customer service skills whatsoever! On the first visit we waited in the queue with only one person serving. She then didn't have the bar code so that took a while and another person came to help but couldn't have looked more miserable if she'd tried! The next day we had to exchange a couple of items and got the miserable looking girl again. But had to wait to be served while her and another girl were finishing their conversation. Again she didn't smile, or day 'please' or 'thank you' at any point. I understand these are young people but some customer service training really wouldn't go amiss here! My cat could do a better job! Certainly won't be visiting this store any time soon ☹️
