Hate the fact that you can't get a refund . I don't understand why I still put the return receipt if I don't give the money back
I bought my daughter a pair of size 5 black patent leather shoes , they were far too big for her so I took them back to the shop in Kettering within the hour. We found out that they were labelled wrong and that they were actually a size 7! After trying on all manner of shoes we couldn't find a pair of size 5's. When we produced the receipt we were told that they could not return our money and would only give a credit note! So they sell products that are labelled wrong and flatly refuse to reimburse customers. Beware...customer services appears to mean nothing to this business!!
Staff at select in town are very nice and helpful
Lovely shop set out very well,just so very dark in there could really do with some brighter lights, I did struggle to see the labels. But I always go back

They are so helpful in this branch.i was a little nervous but they put me at ease made me feel very welcome helped with my choices and when I visited a second time remembered me and greeted me very warmly. This is what customer service should be and the ladies at Kettering select should be very proud of themselves!
