   Fantastic good old fashioned service, Ken is a true tradesman, a gent to deal with, takes me back to my Grandfathers day, when quality hand made boots were made, well with K&T footwear it still exists. They make the best boots I have ever had, if you want the best, buy from Ken, but remember, you will have to wait for quality hand made boots, but the wait is well worth it. I only wish I had found Kens firm years ago. I will be buying another pair just to keep for a rainy day. Well done to all involved making me a pair of 268R hill boots, Michael Broadley, Northumberland.

   Brought my Redbacks from them at a competitive price. Due to a very slight delay in my size of only a couple of extra days an apology note and free tin of wax was included in the parcel. Excellent customer service and of course a superb pair of boots that I have come to expect from Redback.

   review a shoe company ????? i gotta do it l but what can i say well the boots i bought were not the cheapest but they were exactly as i ordered they are superbly made ( i used to work for Brittons in Bristol sio i do have a bit of knowledge about the shoe trade exactly as ordered made on a proper UK last so have a wide fitting leather is blemish free and they have proper steel heels and leather soles i look forward to wearing them for many years to come and as they are made proper like as we says down here i can get them re soled delivery was prompt and free and as for value well i feel you get what you pay for the similar iIalian items were twice the price and half the quality so all in all a real good buy
