Came in yesterday to buy my grandson some bits and bobs for his birthday, and the sales associates were ever so kind and helped me with what I needed. I didnt catch the young mans name but he had floppy hair and was somewhat tall and was wearing a black coloured lanyard. I hope my grandson likes his items!
Hardly any women’s shoes or clothes. Every time I go in there’s never anyone at the checkout serving.
My first time in jd and the staff are very amazing and helpful..showed me how to make a orders inside the shop .gave great advice.when I asked about products they had ..thank you
Shockingly slow . 15 mins to pick up an online order and the shop was empty . Staff are really slow and act like you are bothering them . Will avoid in the future
Absolutely outrageous customer service. Waited for ages to be served even though there was more staff than customer's. The customer next to me got a sorry for keeping you waiting l got nothing, a friendly hello or a smile goes a long way.The assistant got annoyed with kids playing with the footballs than serving suggestion if you don't want kids to play with product keep the footballs of the shop floor. Assistant then told me l had to have I.D to collect my parcel but according to the email only the email was needed so plz learn your own policy. The manager was about as useful as a chocolate fireguard. While I'm complaining to the not so helpful manager another Customer had enough said the customer service was disgraceful and walked out buying nothing. Yet another unsatisfied customer. Avoid****
Awful, staff don't have a clue what they are doing. Went for a simple exchange, left waiting for a voucher, the lad didn't even ask what I wanted to do. The first pair of Nikes that came were damaged so I'd check all products before leaving the store. For a manager to not even acknowledge you during the entire transaction is appauling, I'd avoid this store at all costs to be honest.
Very poor service with zero interest shown by the Two staff I had to ask for assistance. Firstly tried to buy a size 6 pair of girls trainers I picked up 4 different pairs on display to be told each time nah not in stock. When I commented to the lad serving me this is not good I was met with the very sarcastic comment dun no mate I don't own jd sports so nowt I can do. After giving up on the trainers I went to the check out to purchase the tracksuits and shirts I had chosen then seen they sold gift vouchers so I purchased 2 at £130 each so my boys can pick their own after Xmas. Once the transaction was completed and the bag handed to my partner she asked the young girl did you put the vouchers in the bag to which she replied yes they are in there. I would have continued to walk out the shop but luckily my partner decided to stop and check they were in there and surprisingly they were not. When my partner went back to the checkout the two gift cards were on the till side beside some shelves. The girl then handed them to us with no apologies or explanation. I dread to think what the consequences would have been had we have walked out without checking.....very very poor, no stock very poor customer care.
