I've used Click and Collect here many, many times and I'm always in and out within a few minutes. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff - they even helped me choose a pain colour for my front room (being colourblind I needed to make sure I was choosing a good colour)!

Quite a big store lots of inspiration and ideas lovely bits of furniture and diy people heaven. Starting home reno soon so came to look at different stuff.
Manager is as useful as a chocolate teapot, explained I had a Duluxe voucher on my phone, he said it’s fine, only ever did it once, said to pick the paint, bring it to the till, only for me to get to the till & said I need a paper copy, could have told me this whilst browsing.
I would have given it 5 stars as I have been here before without issue. Unfortunately it's shut on the day I visit when on the Google opening times it says its open with no boxing day edit besides times may differ with no explanation how they differ? As I sit here writing this review, in excess of 30 customers have turned up then left in a disapointed state.
Good value fof money, but shelves a little bit spars of item!
Must have been 50 times since January after moving into a house that needed work.every member of staff has been great. Big thanks to them all.
Fantastic customer service from start to end, Amie was so helpful and couldn't be happier to help. In addition a manager was also helpful and I can't rate them highly enough, well done Wicks and team.
