Instead, we got everything chopped to the perfect size – like a well-behaved lasagne – and it all slotted neatly into the boot with zero drama. The team were friendly, efficient, and somehow made lumber logistics feel like a luxury experience. One of them even winked as our car drove off fully closed, which felt like a weird badge of honour.    Shout out to the guys here at Jewson Kettering. I went in and got dealt with by 3 different guys (2 in the warehouse and 1 on the till) and all 3 were equally very helpful, and customer service as good as that is as rare as rocking horse s ..t in todays day and age. I dont know if I caught evey1 on a good day but fair play to them! Good service doesn't cost anything and happy customers make the company money!

   I needed plasterboard for my house and the gentleman who I spoke to on the phone went above and beyond! I would have purchased the wrong stuff if it wasn't for him. The bloke out the back helped carry the stuff to my van because of my bad back! I couldn't believe the service and I will be returning here in future. Couldn't fault the whole experience.

   Been a builder for the past 25 years. Knowing all the other building suppliers jewsons for me is the place I prefer. With its great customer service johnny the manger goes the extra mile every time and his customer skills stands out. Which make me use jewsons more than any other suppliers in Kettering. When your dealing with people's life savings you want to know your getting the best possible deals and quality materials on the market. keep up the good work

   Come and experence micky mouse and Donald duck sadly you will only laugh and smile out of dilusion. This place is terrible they cannot quote correct, do not know how to process orders or refunds, the guy out the back is the only one with a brain and sadly he is not working the cash counter. Rushden Corby market harbour are miles more educated on how there system works. Wrong orders Broken items on delievery 2 to 3 months and still no refund When they deliver something broken it is your responsibility to return it....... How does one return 4.8meter beams????? Staff have no clue.

   Jewsons Kettering are awesome. We have used Jewsons Kettering for our extension and renovation over the past 9 months and the team there have been awesome. For example today I placed an order, and Jon was very accommodating (I hear he is handsome too), and arranged delivery for us tomorrow even though they were already booked out for deliveries.
