“Outstanding customer service from George at toolstation Wednesfield, well mannered and very professional service, i told that we purchased 2 ip44 security lights on Monday and they worked out very well, and check if they had any more in stock i check Thursday out of stock, so I booked a collection for 3 more from Stafford business park Telford, when my son returned they had 2 ip44 and 1 ip65/8?? Which i didn't ask for, so I made a special journey to Wednesfield and George could not understand why they did this, he then checked his stock and had 2 available and exchanged the unit and replied so for the inconvenience caused. 5 star service thank you George have a great new year 2024.”

“I just bought a Lumberjack 14in bandsaw, Profesional grade, it is amazing. Went to the store in Wolverhampton and was help by a loverly lady Sharna. Very knowledgeable person and super keen to help. It has more added extras than any bandsaw I've seen, inc a built in solid circle jig. The cast iron table is huge and the draw below the bandsaw for ease of cleaning dust is great. We used it for 3 hrs on the first day, so quiet. Easy blade change too. Even a strong flexy lamp. It's been used for 3 days and still super happy with it. Plus it was much cheaper than axminster and better quality. If you want a quality bandsaw bandsaw don't be put off by the low price of 699.99 , this is easier to use than my lagoona 1412, which was 1000 pounds more. Well done Lumberjack.”

“I can't praise Karen enough at Toolstation Cannock. Having ordered 2 600mm x 1800mm radiators during lockdown, one was badly dented, and after being collected by Tuffnell's it never made it back to Bridgwater, after 5 weeks I received a refund, as the radiators were now out of stock. Fast forward 2 months and the radiators are now available, however having received a further 3 with damage, a combination of poor packaging, and poor handling by Tuffnell's. Customer Services agreed to get one sent to the Cannock store to see if this would be handled better by Tuffnell's. Unfortunately this one was also damaged. Another one was mistakenly delivered to my home, and the radiator was physically good, however the trims were damaged. I went to Toolstation Cannock to view yet another radiator delivered to store, and again this was dented. Karen was the lady dealing with me and I discussed the problems I was having. She asked me to wait while she looked for something in the storeroom, and amazingly they kept spare trims, to replace the damaged ones on the best radiator (number 6) I had received. Without Karen's help, I still wouldn't have a radiator in my living room. Her actions have restored my faith in Toolstation, thank you.”
