   Absolutely disgraceful customer service — avoid this place at all costs. This is without a doubt one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I bought a pair of Stanley Gladiator Waterproof Safety Boots just 5 months ago, and they’ve already started falling apart. The lace buckle snapped, and now the stitching is coming undone. For boots marketed as “tough” and “durable,” this is pathetic. When I returned to the store to get a replacement under the 12-month guarantee, I was met with nothing but lies and excuses. A man behind the counter, who claimed his name was Martin (probably fake too), did everything he could to avoid taking responsibility. First, he said the boots “aren’t waterproof”, even though Waterproof is in the name of the product! Apparently, according to him, waterproof now means water-resistant. Utter nonsense. Then came the real joke: “We don’t know where you’ve been wearing them, so we can’t honour the warranty.” Are you serious? So your 12-month guarantee only applies if I wear them indoors on carpet? Ridiculous. It’s clear this place sells cheap, low-quality products and refuses to stand by them. The staff are rude, dishonest, and will gaslight you with technicalities to avoid doing the right thing. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Spend your money elsewhere, somewhere that values its customers and honours its guarantees.

   Served by Calam. Had a right game visiting different places this week to find a decent pair of safety shoes. Staff were really constructive and patient while I tried a few on. Finally came away with a pair I'm happy with. These guys will definitely be my first port of call in future!

   This branch is excellent, only been open a month or so, but it's definitely a branch tool station should be proud of, the chap I spoken to on a couple of occasions ( Martin ) is very knowledgeable and friendly, very impressed with this branch, I use all the big names in the industry,so I know what to expect from this kind of store, watch out tool station is very competitively priced and so far everything has been good/ high quality. I would definitely recommend a visit. Overall I do rate this branch.
