We had a lovely lady who helped us out, Diane. We needed to know the price of some products and she looked it up for us. She was very helpful and very approachable. I would definitely shop there again and if I needed help I would 100% look for Diane.
Great prices for a wide range of items. I often get guinea pig food, dog care items, hair products, stationary items craft items, home DIY it has everything for great quality products at reasonable pricing. I wish there were more of these stores when out and about not just in city centres. I love popping into Wilko even just for a mooch at what they've got available.

Its a big open plan store, well sign posted, clean! The staff when you got to them were lovely but just the one person on with the self tills not working, was not an enjoyable wait
It's a good store but they didn't have the item that I wanted.
Today i witnessed the most appalling customer service, a lady was on one of the self checkouts and was having problems understanding the machine, what caught my attention was the lady working there very impatiently telling the customer to read the screen, and that was all the help she was offering while stood by chatting with a member of staff, the customer was very stressed and upset and expressed this by saying she thought the customer service could be better, the member of staff charged over to her in a very aggressive manner and told her if she didn’t like it she should leave, the customer left very upset and frustrated. The member of staff did absolutely nothing to diffuse the situation or help her, i felt very sorry for the customer and was extremely disgusted with this level of customer care.
Nice staff, great prices , good value to get my cat food from, since iams is usually like 11 quid online, but here it's 3.50. Even the litter is like 4 quid. And the paint I was able to get for my room was also a bargain. I like it there, they also have lift access for pram users and wheelchair users. The lift is long a little but thin enough to fit two people side by side in. It fit me , my sister, her pram and my cousin who is a giant.
The location is great. The staff is very good, always willing to help. There are two entry points for the store, one from the Dudley street and another from inside the mander centre. I find the shop always well stuffed and it's easy to find the stuff you are looking for. Wilko has everything under one roof.
