Been shopping there for years man. Went in yesterday 15th March to collects some door handles, and met the new store manager. I didn't even realise he was the new store manager, he just looked like a friendly guy on the till. Like a new guy who wanted to learn more about the job. So that's a good sign he's willing to start from scratch learn about his customers and his staff. The roll his sleeves up kinda guy. To gain respect you have to earn it. To earn it you have to give it. Loads of builders who I know have already said hes prob gonna get orders out quicker. Fairplay Makesh.
Extremely helpful staff. I was struggling to find a 3/4 to 1/2 inch value. Satinder and Louise went above and beyond to help and find me the correct value for job which is now done.

ordered my sanding belts for same day collection. as i was at work all day untill 5:00pm drove for 45mins to the toolstation to find they were closed at 5:00pm even tho on there emails and text and on there website it says they are open untill 8:00pm!!! a heads up to your customers that you have coming to your store would have been nice. what a waist of time!! will not be using them again for personal or for my business..
Thank you Callum for helping me out a couple of weeks ago. As I walked into the store for the 1st time I sat a young man barely out of school and thought he wouldn’t be very helpful. This young man was not only polite, friendly but very helpful he helped me select all the items I needed and nothing was to much for him. Quick service & nice store.
Whenever i visit and have to purchase anything the staff are always lovely and friendly as well as helpful.
