   What an amazing branch, the staff are all fantastic! Johnny spent hours with us designing our kitchen he needs an award for his patience! They should have shut and we ran over but the rest of the staff still had smiles on their faces and nothing was too much trouble, they also make the best coffee. So professional in their service they should be recognised x

   Good welcome. First class designer a real bonus. Parking can be very tight. Trade only so although end users can be involved in the design stage, orders must be made via a tradesperson. Wide high quality kitchen range available with very short lead times. Recommended depot.

   PLEASE DO NOT BUY A KITCHEN FROM HERE!! We purchased our kitchen from Howdens Wolverhampton back in October 2023 - and we are STILL having quality issues now and are awaiting replacement items as we head into March 2024! To keep this review to the point here’s a list of the issues faced: - the kitchen as designed did not fit, despite Howdens measuring the room twice - the drawings given were incomplete and incorrect - over 80% of the items delivered were incorrect or damaged - over 50% of the replacement items were incorrect or damaged - we were not informed of the choices of cab colour, so ended up with very cheap looking (not in price) white cabinets - we were informed that the range we chose was ‘just as good’ as our previous selection (changed due to desired colour no longer available) only to find it was in their ‘budget’ range - NOT a budget price though!! - we were told that it ‘wasn’t worth the designers job’ to help resolve our issues - when we raised this with the depot manager we were told they would look into ALL of the issues, this didn’t happen, they solely focused on the damaged items - when we complained in-store about the issues faced we were followed home by an employee to make sure we weren’t lying Depot were unwilling and unable to help so raised this with customer services who stated that they are a trade only service so basically wouldn’t help - despite the fact our builder was NEVER contacted by Howdens and has had no involvement in ANY aspect of this kitchen!! All in all a complete shambles by a company who are completely incompetent and incapable of meeting the basic needs of their customers!! Images show a few examples of the as delivered condition of their doors. Most corners are damaged - mainly due to the fact they are only protected by a thin piece of cardboard

   I have held back from putting a review on hear as I thought or was hoping that the review I had read were wrong but there clearly not .the service was great when I was ordering my kitchen but that soon changed as soon as I payed for it .First they completed got the day and time wrong of my delivery ,I had no paper work so had no clue what was delivered then when it came to putting kitchen in I had parts missing so I called and was basically told that i was lying and they had been delivered to were somone was sent to my house to see if I was lying about missing parts .clearly I was not but then I had to arrange for the parts to be collected as they couldent get them delivered. I then had my work tops put in 3 weeks ago that have all lifted the kitchen not even in use yet but they were very quick to blame the fitter then they said it was water damage we don't even have water in there .the customer service is terrible even down to the head office is terrible. They have not listened to anything I have said .I then find out that my kitchen that I have payed a lot of money for is basicly just cheep stuff they don't tell you that when your bying it .I went to howdens for quality if I had known what I do now I would have gone to b and q and got a lot better service and better quality iteam I would not recommend howden one bit and I don't know how your getting away with the service you provided.

   Had a kitchen a year ago paid alot of money and kitchen is already showing signs of wear and tear from steam cheap quality of wood made a complaint they keep fobbing me off with whats your number we will phone u back would not even recommend to someone I hated

   They are not professional with their work very slow service our order was incomplete which delays our work and have ordered the missing parts and they took very long delivering. Also they have to mention their prices so it makes it easier for customers to make decisions. Not recommended

   I bought my kitchen from howdens Wolverhampton. The quality is absolutely fantastic. Also reasonably priced compared to other local company’s. The customer service I received Chelsea was outstanding. She was very polite and patient. I would 100% recommend.
