   Such a great experience! Really great showroom and atmosphere. Our neighbours recommend Carvers after their successful installation. James the Showroom Manager made me and my wife feel right at home. Patient and so knowledgeable. Talked us through the entire process and explained everything in great detail. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Bathroom delivered on time as agreed with a recommended fitter arriving shortly after to complete the job. Everything went extremely well. We had a small issue with our shower pump, but it was sorted quickly and painlessly, no one's fault. I would whole heartedly recommend Carvers to anyone for their bathroom projects. Thank you.

   Messaged 3 times to seriously enquire about a Lacanche oven and have been ignored three times in a row. Boggles my mind that businesses will blatantly ignore you when you’re willing to give up thousands of pounds of your money. I have now gone elsewhere and they have responded to me straight away.

   Excellent service from Natasha and team in the Wolverhampton office. Great choice of cookers with options and pricing clearly explained. Fitters who came over were brilliant. Not easy to get the Smeg 110 range through our garage and into the kitchen but the 2-man delivery and fitting team were really careful - and insisted on cleaning the space once the old Rangemaster was removed before the new cooker went it. Can't recommend them highly enough!

   Absolutely horrendous. Paid over £3k for a Falcon cooker. Hadn't heard anything after 3 weeks. Called to check on delivery as had been promised a three week delivery. Didn't get a call back but received a delivery text from AGA. When called to check on delivery advised order had only been placed that day, no call back, just fobbed off and advised when I called back to query that 'AGA had lost the order and they do this all the time'. They didn't take any responsibility and now I'm waiting until 11th May. Wouldn't recommend these guys at all. Very poor service, complete blaggers, not even an apology. I completely undrestand that things go wrong but don't blame everyone else. Take responsibility. No reviews on cookers but lots on building supplies, all very similar. Shabby outfit, appalling staff.
