   Ordered table which had 6 week delivery time. Six weeks came and went…. Could not get through on phone (mailbox full), no response to email or online contact form. Eventually got a response on Facebook and given owner’s mobile number. Said he would look into it and get back to me on Monday. After a week I contacted again via whatsapp - ignored me. I sent further messages asking if he could let me know if the order would be fulfilled or not (I hadn’t paid any money so happy to go elsewhere). Ignored again. Went elsewhere and obtained the item with first class customer service unlike this place. Avoid! And FYI - manners cost nothing.

   The contracted delivery guys caused some damage to the top of the unit, but Sanj sent his own construction team round to dismantle the top and replace it with new. Their own guys were professional and quick putting blackets down to protect the sideboard and floor. Because it was delivered 24th Dec and we also had to wait for lockdown to end, they gave us compensation back, which took the sting wait out of the situation which was not a fault of theirs. Quality of furniture first class not cheap chipboard. Looks very nice and very accommodation professional and helpful team.

   Spent £4.5K with this store over a year ago and more than a year later after many phone calls, texts and emails we’re still waiting for the damaged dining table to be replaced. Customer Service almost non-existent. Calling into the store gets a response but only a false promise of action.

   Appalling company, ordered an item in September, didn’t receive it, chased for 3 months, apparently there is no order number, even though I provided proof of purchase. Sanj stated as far as they are concerned I’ve received the item but as a gesture of goodwill they’ll order it again! So called me a liar and a thief… when I said provide evidence of an order number and delivery he hung up on me… if I could give 0 I would!

   I have just taken delivery of my beautiful solid heavy built Ambra ivory gloss 2 bedside cabinets and the Ambra ivory gloss 3 drawer dresser. I saw the units on the website and phoned to make enquiries about the furniture and delivery I spoke with Sean he was very helpful. Delivery went very smoothly the courier arrived when they said they would and on time. The furniture was excellently well packed the corners were all very well protected by polystyrene corner pads and thick cardboard box packaging. All I had to do was attach the legs. I am delighted. Thank you.

   I would like say how pleased I was with service I received from the beginning of ordering the furniture to receiving it. The staff where very pleasant and very officiant couldn't do enough to make sure I was completely satisfied with what I had ordered. The delivery was estimated 4 to 6 weeks it arrived at 4 weeks.The furniture itself is very well made and the finish is superb. I am over the moon it is beautiful quality and very well priced too.

   Terrible and costly experience with this company. Ongoing. Ordered 4 x new dining chairs at £600. Promises to deliver for 3 weeks. Lots of delays. When chairs arrived. Very poorly packaged and damaged. 1 chair was new with fire labels attached. Other 3 in secondhand/used condition. No labels attached. Have asked for £150 back. Only because they match 4 other chairs that I already had. Otherwise would have insisted on full refund. May have to small claim. Advice. Go elsewhere. Do not trust this company. They blame their customers when the company is in the wrong. And they twist the truth to suit them. Buyers beware.
