    I bought fridge freezer long time ago, the first one had some problems as it was working only for maximum few hours after speaking with an owner I assumed he decided that he’ll replace it with a new one without any problems, of course we checked the fuses and everything but nothing helped. The new one work perfectly fine for over a year now, let’s say it’s just an item even Brand new one from curry’s can stop working next day, so with costumer service, how polite and understanding the people at at this place I’m very happy, at least they telling the truth no matter what you ask

    One star. Would give 0 star if we could. Terrible service, very rude man. Very nice to get your money then they don’t want to know. Purchased a dryer from here. Broke down 3 times in first 3 months. He told me he has to make a living! Not by selling faulty goods not to standard and not fit for purpose. Now they are ignoring us so having to take to court with Trading Standards to get money back. Always used Planet appliances across the road prior to this but thought we would give these a go. Never again. trading Standards are involved. Never had an issue with Planet Appliances. Yes, there was a 3 month warranty. And machine is now 10 months. You forgot to say that This machine went wrong 3 times in the warranty period so it was not fit for purpose. According to trading standards it should have lasted longer and should have been replaced within those first 3 months. The bigger issue here is the ignorance of the owner who refuses any correspondence. Avoid. Once they have your money, they do not want to know.

    I don't want to give any stars. The manager for this business is a utter nutter. Very unprofessional, maybe a few screws lose as well. I went there for a second hand cooker. I was talked into buying a "a brand new" cooker costing £100 more than the one I originally was looking at. The cooker was delivered by the delivery guys who are very helpful and RESPECTFUL. A different guy who works with Recyk came to "Install" my "Brand New" "Gas Cooker" after 1 hour and 40mins the engineer says the cooker is not working properly so give them a call. After going back and forth with the lady who didn't have a clue about anything and couldn't help, doesn't even speak clear English making it 10x more difficult to even have a conversation. the engineer left my property and left the cooker as it was. So I had to contact the manufacturer directly and get one of their guys out. They were shocked at what I had told them and had asked me for proof of the situation. I sent them the document the engineer left behind. Today their engineer came out and has told me I was sold a faulty cooker. Every cooker is tested by the manufacturer before leaving for dispatch. He had to basically rebuild the oven in the cooker. He said I should not have been left in this situation. I should have been given a refund. Or recyk should have taken back the faulty cooker and given me another one or give me a full refund. After this incident I requested a partial refund. I was advised by female staff (2 different ones) that I should come in to see the manager who will sort out the refund. When I came in, I was met with hostile and intimidating behaviour. I tried to explain to the manager who apparently was on holiday and didn't know what was going on, what had happened. He insuated that I made up the phones calls from his staff. He insuintaed that I didn't have a problem with the cooker, he denied all responsibility as a business selling white goods and he actually tried to leave his shift early mid conversation. He was very irate to the point I felt I had to call someone because I didn't know if he was going to lash out at me. I explained that he is not behaving in a professional manner, I am a customer who spent money in your shop for white goods that doesn't work properly, so you need to do something to help me sort the problem or give me a refund. He started shouting and hitting himself asking me what do I want him to do? Do I want him to hit himself? Do I want him to hit his staff? There's nothing he can do to help me, if I have a problem I should take him to court! I can not believe this diabolical behaviour I had to experience with the manager for Recyk. Selling faulty goods, taking peoples hard earned money, refusing to rectify any issue, and hiding behind explanations of the law he knows nothing about. If your a manager it's your responsibility how that store runs, how the staff operate in that store, how customers are treated in that store. If you can do the job bugger off and stop making customers lives a misery so you can make quick money you moron. I am definitely reporting these people to Trading standards. I have all the evidence I need and the manufacturer also will be looking into this company for their dreadful customer service and handling of their goods. Pathetic. Never spending another penny in there again and I will be warning people to stay clear from them. STAY CLEAR, OR USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Remember they do not give refunds or help if you buy from them and your appliance doesn't work. Take your money and go to proper decent ships who know how to treat customers. They have signs in shops to not abuse staff.....staff should also not abuse customers. I should of called the police by right the cheeky git.

    The delivery guys went above and beyond their expectations by taking the door off the fridge freezer to get it into the. loft converted into a kitchen and then put the door back on. Making sure it fitted back and ensuring the seal wasn’t damaged. Whereas most drivers would use the excuse that they only deliver

    If I could rate less than 1....."People on a budget" don't be fooled this business is not about helping in any way. I bought 2 heaters (only heating in my flat) requested to be returned (original packaging undamaged, 2nd box not opened) was verbally attacked by the manager! Best you find the extra money and go to a Company with a fair returns policy.

    Purchased a graded gas cooker from here. It was a decent price and in excellent condition. It works well and does what it should. The staff were friendly and the cooker was delivered on time, they even took the time to call on the morning of the delivery to say that they were on the way. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you Recyk.
