   Fizah served me at the Currys Wolverhampton St Johns store on the 15/11/2025 when i bought a Lenovo ideapad. She was polite, pleasant, friendly and helpful. She said she has been working there for about 4 weeks. She followed the sale through to the till. I told her manager that she did well and he said to put it on google so that she can get her bonus. Thanks for serving me Fizah. All the best.

   Jay was extremely helpful to my wife and I in our pursuit of a new washing machine. He was politeness personified whist being clear and consise when discussing our choice. He calmly took us through the paperwork- highlighting any phone and helpline numbers we might need in the future. We felt totally at ease with him--- he is obviously a tremmendous asset to his employers and he is the sales assistant I will seek out when I next purchase an item from Curry's.- TOP MARKS !!

   I had a positive experience in Currys yesterday, where I received great customer service from Jasneek. She is has a lot of knowledge about technology & helped in choosing a suitable tablet, which I was finding difficult. She is very patient & explained the differences between two products. She is attentive, friendly & I am so glad she approached me to ask if I needed help, as it was stressful to decide. Her interpersonal communication was excellent & I’m happy with my purchase. Thank you to Jasneek, whose help was invaluable, and you made the whole process so easy and enjoyable.

   Jay was extremely helpful, guiding us on the appliances and discount offers if we purchased more than one. Which was ideal as we were redoing our kitchen, so we need several appliances. The in-house Currys Care & Repair Plan is beneficial to purchase, too, and cheaper the more years you purchase - 5 years maximum. We have brought several products from Currys over the years and would highly recommend this store. Keep an eye out for their offers, sales, and/ or discounts. There is free parking, but be careful only for 2 hours... if you go over, ask in store or/& appeal it with your receipt.

   Went in for a chest freezer. Tbf I'd researched it online and knew what I wanted. Staff were obliging and checked stock for me. Smooth transaction and pleasant staff; helped me to the car too. Best price for what I wanted too so happy all round and highly recommended.

   They delivered my fridge freezer and ripped all my floor in the kitchen. They told me they will replace it for months I been chasing them to get the money. They keep saying it will be in 1 hour it never comes they are a joke. I been back to the store and they say delivery has nothing to do with them to call but when I call I'm told same rubbish. same rubbish keep saying they will send it its 5 months living with massive hole in my floor in my new kitchen it's a joke not even getting the value of the floor never recomend them to anyone unless you want to be running round for months trying to get stuff sorted don't bother!!

   Brought a dishwasher 7 months ago which was faulty was offered a refund because there was no replacement went in for refund and was there for an hour and half .at one point there was only one member of staff and about 15 people waiting in the queue. There were numerous members of staff standing around doing nothing surely they could train these people to work in area's they're needed .It doesn't help that the repair, refund and advice are all at one counter. When we were eventually dealt with the person was very helpful. Just hope they can do something to reduce the waiting time in this section

   I have no knowledge about various gaming consoles but thankfully I was able to speak with Adam who works at Currys' store in Wolverhampton. He listened patiently and answered all my questions. On his advice I purchased the X-Box Series X with the 3 month unlimited game pass. My young nieces are delighted with their X-Box. Thank you Adam.

   I came here to look for a gaming laptop. The service was terrible, all the staff were standing around at the entrance chatting. No support. When someone finally came over after I asked for help, they had absolutely no clue about what it was they were selling, and provided no help at all. Decided to look online and found cheaper alternatives. It’s so wonder they sell anything.
