Went to have a new battery fitted. I would normally do it myself but the car needed recoding. I'm so glad I did. I didn't get his name, but the technician was so helpful and friendly, and also managed to save us money using the loyalty scheme, I couldn't be happier.
Popped in for a crook lock on my steering wheel, store had moved around fron previous visit. A lovely young lady showed me where the locks where and gave me advice. As I joined the queue with my purchase she walked up and opened another till so I wasn't kept waiting. Brilliant service. Then she checked I had an account on line, I did and found a £5 voucher I hadn't used and applied it. Happy Days. Also gave me more advice on a faraday key bag which I bought. Service the way it should be! I was in and out the store and not kept waiting. Polite and courteous staff, young lady with long brown ponytail in Wolverhampton store, you are a credit to Halfords. Keep up the fab work. This is how customer service should be.
Ordered a quad bike for my toddler through click and collect. When collected, we were given the product without a box, the charger box was open, the owners manual was creased, the stickers were already stuck on (not straight and were wrinkled), there are scuffs on the wheels, and there was power in the quad, indicating that it had been previously charged and driven. I'm convinced this was a display model provided to us, which was never stated upon purchase or collection. Incredibly unhappy as this is a present for her birthday.
Excellent product - toasty inside this. Much better value for money than similarly-priced bags at other retailers. Capacious for a big lad like me, yet snug.
Had a battery fitted after Halfords checked if my battery was low. All staff very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Man who fitted battery very polite explained he had trouble with the tread on a bolt. Was sorted very quickly. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Reliable and honest.

After looking online and not understanding if tis item was a full set or just the bars, i went into the store and the staff were very helpful and ordered what i needed, went back 2 days later picked up and 1hrs later hey presto i have roofbars. Cheers Halfords smooth transaction. 5* from me.
