Did place a order worth 150 pounds for home delivery. Somehow my order been delivered to wrong address. I went to screwfix and staff said there is nothing they can do . Delivery company is third party I have sort with them . Does not seem very nice to me . I think if you hire somebody you should also be responsible for their actions

Ordered online and picked up in store. Delivered on day promised. Nice friendly staff. Huge choice of goods for all price ranges. Small carpark and weird one car width passage to get on/off. But minor issue.
It was ok only because of the queuing up you have to do and that can waste around 30 minutes or so depending on the length of the queue. The staff seemed happy, polite and helpful. There was a lot more room to move around if needed compared to their other stores such as the one in Wednesbury. You will have to be very careful when driving up the alleyway to get to the entrance because you can only get a single car/van or vehicle - lorries will not be able to get through, pass at any one time. That is the only entrance and exit point from the store.
