Awful stock, says it is in stock online, go there and its not in the shelf. Store assisant said they get their stock from euro car parts. Had windows etched, stickers on windows weren't stuck on properly on the inside. Staff are not knowledgeable in cars or parts for that matter. Only good if you want to buy car washing products.
Scott and Antonio from the Bilston store were amazing in helping this novice find what she needed. Scott went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I needed and very quickly and efficiently helped install my wipers, even making double sure that they were fitted correctly. He was patient in helping me find a solution to my chip paint pen issue. Antonio was great in explaining about the Halfords premium package and even helped update my details for future reference. I am very grateful for their patience and understanding in helping me out. Definitely be going back to only the Bilston store for my any of my future car needs. Amazing customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Maxine helped me today with purchasing a bike from Halfords in bilston, very friendly and helpful Right from the start, I asked if it would be possible for the bike to be assembled the same day so I could leave with it, she informed me she would need to ask a colleague for assistance as there were already other bikes in being serviced etc. so I went away for half an hour and came back to see if the colleague would be able to help, only to find that she’d done it herself while I was gone, so I was able to take the bike away which saved us having to return. You don’t very often come across that level of customer service. Very grateful and appreciative to Maxine. Thankyou.
After purchasing 4 bikes and spending an hour on the phone with Halfords disquastin customer service u coming to the shop for repair and u are greet by fantastic PROFESSIONAL bike technican Mike !!!! He sort my bikes within minutes...absolutely sound bloke with smile on his face...very helpful and professional. Big Thx Mike... High recommend Mike to anyone
Came into Halfords to find a bike to start exercising , spoke to Ricky and Mike. They were both so helpful and full of knowledge, Ricky helped me find the bike that I was looking for and recommended which one would suit my use. Mike helped check all the bike was in good order and informed me how to disconnect the wheels and transport the bike. I’m very happy with the service that was provided , Mike and Ricky are by far the best people I’ve come across in customer service. Thank you both for making my experience Great!
Amazing customer service and friendliness from Sach, the manager. He will help you with any questions you have. Went above and beyond to help me from beginning of picking a stereo to ordering the parts and even getting it fitted by the team. Received an email saying the bike was ready for collection. Arrived the following day to collect to be told it’s not ready. Arrived on appointment day at appointment time to find the bike built but without puncture prevention and were just given a personalisation sticker. Not exactly the service we expected given we had to pay for all that to be done. Halfords, Bilston.
Stopped by there, just grab one piece of car parts. Well tidy and clean store and also staff very welcoming and helpful. Mainly you can find different range of bikes and parts on the ground floor. Upstairs and some parts of ground floor range of car parts. Also they do fit car parts.
