    “Maxine helped me today with purchasing a bike from Halfords in bilston, very friendly and helpful Right from the start, I asked if it would be possible for the bike to be assembled the same day so I could leave with it, she informed me she would need to ask a colleague for assistance as there were already other bikes in being serviced etc. so I went away for half an hour and came back to see if the colleague would be able to help, only to find that she’d done it herself while I was gone, so I was able to take the bike away which saved us having to return. You don’t very often come across that level of customer service. Very grateful and appreciative to Maxine. Thankyou.”

Just what is needed in this day and age. She went above and beyond that day and I hope she took on my advice to join a more prominent and worthy establishment because she deserves more than Argos.”
